Student Access
The federal Equal Access Act grants access to secondary school facilities for students who wish to conduct voluntary meetings during non-instructional times for religious, political or philosophical discussions. The district retains the authority to maintain order and discipline on the school premises, to protect the well-being of the students and faculty, and to assure that attendance of students at the meeting is voluntary.
