A parking permit is required for students who choose to drive to school and park in the school lot or the approved area of St. Mark’s lot. The fee for the permit is $150.00 a year and $60.00 a trimester. Vehicles will be tagged if parked in unauthorized areas.

Students whose cars are parked without a valid parking permit will be ticketed and towed.

Students who have purchased a parking permit but do not have it properly displayed will receive:
- First Offense - warning
- Second Offense - warning
- Third Offense - $10 fine
- Fourth Offense - $10 fine
- Fifth Offense - five day suspension of permit
- Sixth Offense - revocation of permit for remainder of school year
- Students are not permitted to go to vehicles during school hours.
- Any student involved in using, making or distributing forged parking permits will be referred to the police for prosecution. In addition, North High consequences may include suspension, loss of parking permit privileges without fee refund, or other consequences deemed appropriate.
