Commercial Cooking and Baking will meet at the North St. Paul Community Center Daily.
Students are to be at the community Center at 8:10
If you drive a car you will receive a parking permit at school for each trimester that you are enrolled in this course.
Weekly Schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays will be lab days.
We will produce product for the Polar Den and special orders taken by the Polar Den
Weds. are set aside for information and written work about the food service industry.
