Pagers, Cell Phones, Radios, Stereos, etc.
Students are not to bring radios, stereos, headsets, or other electronic devices to school since they can cause a disturbance to classes and are often the target of theft. These items may be confiscated and turned in to the Main Office. Cell phones and pagers brought to school must be kept inside lockers during school hours and are not to be brought to class. Under NO circumstances should cell phones be in locker rooms or used to take pictures in school as this infringes upon student and staff privacy. First violation: A student who brings or uses communication devices in class will receive a warning and the device will be confiscated to the end of the school day. Any additional violation(s) may result in confiscation (returned only to a parent), a Saturday School, CAAP, or Suspension. |
