Monday: Squats and auxilary lift (Throw in abs, etc.)
Wednesday:   Power Clean and auxilary lifts (Dead lift)
Friday: Bench and auxilary lifts (Bike, etc.)
*Captains will run ab work out during lifting session
(your only cheating yourself and your team if you do not push 100%)

Keep up all the hard work in school. Grades are VERY important!
